ITK.asia Refund Policy

At ITK.asia, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience with our server and hosting services. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is needed. Please review our refund policy below.

✅ 1. Subscription Services

Refunds are available for eligible prepaid subscription-based services (e.g., Dedicated Servers, VPS) under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within the first 7 days of the subscription period.

  • The server has no misuse, abuse reports, or policy violations.

  • Only the unused portion of the service will be refunded, calculated on a daily pro-rated basis.

📩 2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Step 1: Send a message with your invoice number or order ID via WhatsApp/SMS to our support number

Step 2: Our sales team will verify your request and initiate the refund process within 2 working days.

🚫 3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Domain registrations or renewals

  • Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, DirectAdmin)

  • Pay-per-use (postpaid) services

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

  • Custom setups or non-standard configurations

⏳ 4. Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Transfer or E-Wallet: 2–5 working days

  • Credit Card / FPX: 5–10 working days

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method

📌 5. Other Terms

  • ITK.asia reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or appear to be abusive (e.g., repeated refunds, service misuse).

  • By using our services, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

6. Refund Calculation Formula

If your service is eligible for a refund, we will calculate it using the following formula:

🧮 Refund Amount = (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days) × Paid Amount

Where:

  • Remaining Days = number of unused calendar days

  • Total Days = total number of days in your subscription period

  • Paid Amount = the full price paid for the current subscription cycle

✅ Example 1: 30-Day Monthly Plan

  • Paid: RM 300 for a 30-day plan

  • You cancel on Day 10 → 20 days remaining

  • Refund = (20 ÷ 30) × RM 300 = RM 200

✅ Example 2: Annual Plan

  • Paid: RM 3600 for 1-year plan (365 days)

  • You cancel after 100 days → 265 days remaining

  • Refund = (265 ÷ 365) × RM 3600 = RM 2611.01

⚠️ Deductions (If Applicable)

We reserve the right to deduct:

  • One-time setup fees (if waived initially)

  • Cost of bundled free services (e.g., free domains, licenses)

  • Early cancellation fee (if under contract)
