1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for credit top-ups and service orders:

  • Online Banking / FPX (Malaysia)

  • Credit / Debit Cards (via secure third-party payment gateway)

  • E-wallets (e.g., Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay — if applicable)

  • Manual Bank Transfers (subject to verification)

All transactions are processed in [MYR or USD], depending on the region and selected payment method.

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments made through the platform are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure the highest level of financial security.

  • For manual bank transfers, users must upload a valid payment slip. Processing will be done within 1–3 business hours during working days.

  • No account or credit will be provisioned until payment is fully confirmed.

3. Credit System

  • Customers may top up prepaid credits to their ITK.asia wallet.

  • These credits are used to purchase or renew cloud server packages from participating providers (e.g., Huawei Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud).

  • Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless required by law.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not typically issued due to the prepaid nature of our cloud credit system and the immediate provisioning process once payment is confirmed.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • ITK.asia reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel transactions flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

  • Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity may be blocked or reported to payment partners or authorities.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their payment accounts secure and notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

7. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page and take effect immediately.
