1. Overview

At ITK.asia, customers can pre-purchase or book cloud service credits in advance for use with platforms such as Huawei Cloud, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud. All bookings are subject to verification, payment confirmation, and availability of resources.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • For manual bank transfers, bookings will be processed after receipt verification, usually within 1–3 business hours.

  • ITK.asia will issue an invoice or booking confirmation to the registered email once the booking is confirmed.

3. Booking Validity & Expiry

  • Once confirmed, credits/booked services are valid and usable for [specify duration, e.g., 12 months] unless otherwise stated.

  • If a booking remains unpaid or unverified for more than 48 hours, it may be cancelled automatically without notice.

4. Modification & Cancellation

5. No-Show / Inactive Accounts

  • If a customer books and pays but does not activate or use their credits within the validity period, no refund will be issued.

  • ITK.asia may follow up via email before any expiry of unused credit.
